So I have a confession to make. I’m cheating on all other cookies. These are the BEST shortbread you’ll ever have. They also might be one of the best additions to your holiday baking.
Yes, we know this – I’m bossy. MAKE these. Like, tonight. Go to Elm City Market, peruse the baking aisle, the lovely endcaps that have conveniently placed coconut and flour and chocolate, pick up some of my favorite butter, and go to town.
Oh, and on the way out, try, just try not to attack the gorgeous and utterly tempting displays of chocolate-y candy heaven. Seriously? It’s a problem. I’ve been every day this week. Oops.
